Data sources

Some listings marked unclaimed are built from public business data. An administrator reviews each one before it appears. We haven't verified these businesses, and a listing isn't a license check, a rating or an endorsement.

Sources

Business names, categories, cities, phone numbers and websites come from Overture Maps Foundation Places data, which is shared under CDLA Permissive 2.0. Some records include data from Foursquare, shared under the Apache License 2.0: Copyright 2024 Foursquare Labs, Inc. All rights reserved. That data was transformed to the Overture schema.

We also check each business's own website to confirm that its name, trade and phone number match. We don't copy text or images from those sites.

Use the link on your listing to ask to manage it. To correct or remove a listing, email hello@contractor.place. A listing we remove won't return on a later import.
